Conditions of Use

                                                         Delivery

 Demonia, Devious,Pleaser Shoes and Boots. Bordello and Funtasma, –  Delivery within 14 days. Any shoes on back order delivery within 28 days. In the event of supply difficulties, the customer will have the option to choose an alternative style or cancel their order. If you choose to cancel your order a full refund will be issued within 30 days. We will not be held responsible for any cost or liability incurred to you as a result of a specific item not being available at a specific time.

  Postage

All our products are posted in discreet packaging with no indication as to the contents. All items are sent by UK MAIL Registered Post, 24 Hour Service and will need to be signed for upon delivery. All International Orders are sent by tracked delivery and tracking details will be sent, please see additional fee.  

 Europe and Rest of the World 

There is an extra postage charge per item for any Pleaser, Bordello, Ellie or Bettie Page shipped internationally,please email for a quote. The charge for additional items will be sent via a separate invoice.

 Customs Duties

If you order from outside the UK, you may be subject to import duties and taxes once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges must be borne by you, the customer, and we do not accept any liability for this.

Returns Policy

If you purchase is damaged you can return it within 7 days of receipt, for a full refund or exchange.All our footwear is checked upon dispatch. We will then credit your account with the value of the goods. Please allow up to 30 days for the credit to show on your account.If for any reason a wrong size has been ordered and an exchange is not wanted, a credit note will be issued to you for the full amount owed. We do not refund the postage costs in getting the goods to you. It is also the customer's responsibility to ensure the safe return of the goods and at their cost via tracked mail. Orders returned from abroad will not be refunded outward/return postage costs. Item/s must be returned in a brand new state with all stickers intact. If when your item/s are returned they look as though/are deemed to have been worn or have been damaged we will issue a credit note only. No refunds will be given for worn footwear and or damaged footwear.

We will meet our obligation under the relevant EU Legislation to provide remedy if the merchandise are faulty, different from the sample shown or are not as described.
